Episode 608 - TNAoSTH Classics 11
Taped: 6/11/21
Plot:
Knuckles notices that Sonic forgot to zip up, so they trade dick jokes for the introduction. Sonic says the focus tonight is on his favorite decade, which Knuckles jokes is the 1840s. Sonic confirms that it's actually the 1990s because that was when he got his big break. They relive various trends of the 1990s before vamping to the first short.
Legends of the Hidden Temple (1993): Amber and Flash have made it to the temple where Olmec gives the rundown on where to go to find the artifact: an ancient hedgehog's missing shoe buckle. Amber volunteers Flash to go first so they can go to Space Camp. Flash goes first but struggles a bit with the Gargoyle Room's objective. He makes it to the Throne Room where he's scared out of his wits by a Temple Guard. He makes it as far as the Silver Monkey, where it takes him some time to put the statue together much to Amber's chagrin. Flash gets taken out in the Torch Room, and Amber gets to go inside. Amber blazes through, finding the other half to her pendant in the Mine Shaft. After giving her completed pendant, Amber seizes the artifact and makes it out of the Temple with plenty of time to spare. Amber and Flash marvel at going to Space Camp.
America's Funniest Home Videos (1996): Bob Saget cracks a few jokes about not wanting to be on the show before introducing the first set of clips: Miles hits a ball that bounces off Tails' groin, Knuckles accidentally dumps a bucket of paint on Rouge, and Sonic drives his mower into the family's pool. At the end of the show, Bob announces the three finalists: Team Chaotix projectile vomiting a bad meal, Phire attacking Silver while he changes her diaper, and Manic accidentally saying "sex" instead of "success". The winner of the $10,000 is Silver, and Bob chats with the family. Silver explains that she's just fine when Blaze changes her diaper, but not when he does it.
All That (1995): First, Sonic comes up and orders a medium Good Nugget with fries. After he pays eight bucks, Ed (Charmy) wheels out Sonic's order: one medium-sized nugget with fries all around. Sonic complains that the order is too large, to which Ed shows him what a bigger order looks like: the triple extra large is as big as the dining area. Sonic goes to eat, and Espio is next to order. Espio orders a plain Good Burger and pays Ed eight bucks. Ed then fishes out a pair of flashlights, ostensibly to guide a plane into the restaurant. A plane made entirely out of Good Burgers then crashes into the kitchen, to which Espio explains he wanted a plain Good Burger, not a plane Good Burger. Espio wonders how he's going to eat so much food, with Sonic telling him he already finished his giant Good Nugget.
Power Rangers (1994): The Power Rangers discover the Evil Green Ranger (Manic) under mind control from Rita Repulsa. The Red Ranger (Knuckles) has to be coerced to go through the motions with the Blue Ranger (Sonic) and the Pink Ranger (Cream). Green Ranger does some Super Sentai moves before calling on his Dragonzord. The rest of the rangers use their Zords to form into the Megazord. The Dragonzord sends missiles from its claws, but they all miss the Megazord. One epic battle later, Dragonzord is knocked to the ground. Green Ranger hits his head and loses his mind control. Everyone else checks on him, and he seems to be doing okay. From her moon base, Rita curses the Power Rangers.
Beavis and Butt-head (1997): Beavis (Sonic) and Butt-head (Knuckles) flip to MTV, but all the music videos they see suck. They then get the idea to make a music video of their own with half-naked chicks. They go over to Tom Anderson's (Eggman) house where he loans him a video camera. They then go to Highland High School, but Mr. Van Driessen (Tails) stops them from going in the girls' locker room. Van Driessen tells them that instead of stalking girls, they can audition the ones they need for their video. An older woman (Sheila) approaches their audition table and they ask her if she knows of any hot chicks. She says she used to be one when she was younger and flashes her breasts, causing Beavis and Butt-head to throw up. They then decide to get nachos instead, saying that making a music video sucks.
Everyone has a dance party to close out the episode, as themselves and the various characters they played. Chaotix pukes in trash cans instead of dancing.
