Episode 19 - Opposites Attract
Taped: 10/09/08
GUEST APPEARANCES: UniquePerspective, Swen The Echidna, Junkaholic95
Plot: Espio's ESP predicts Sonic will receive a letter from his unknown brother. Turns out, the letter states that Sonic must watch over his nephew, Sluggy, while Alfonze, Sonic's brother, goes through a personal problem. Turns out, Sluggy is the utter opposite of Sonic. Sluggy makes a mysterious comment, and Eggman comes to the door. Espio uncovers a family tree, which states he had no brother Alfonze: but he did have a long-dead brother named Skippy McGee, which turns out to be a joke made up by Espio. Interestingly, in the family tree, instead of Sonic's dad's name, it says "? ? ?". The gang keeps a watchful eye on Sluggy. Sluggy then slips "Eggman designed me not to". He then shoots a stun beam towards Sonic. Swen hands a message to Sonic. The message is from the Junkaholic Broadcasting Corporation, saying that ratings are slumping, and to up the pump on the plot. Sonic then tells Espio to "unzip him". Turns out, Sonic was actually Amy in a costume. Amy then beats up Sluggy, and Sluggy returns home. Sonic comes back from doing voiceovers for Sonic Unleashed, and learns about the day's adventures. Amy then reads a romantic poem to Sonic, which is muffled out by a 3 minute JBC news bulletin. Amy downs what she thinks is a beer, but turns out to be motor oil, bought from the NAMGGE market, which upon investigation, was run by Eggman.
