Episode 541 - Breaking the Band
Taped: 11/8/19
Plot:
A few months earlier, Chaotix is in a recording studio wrapping up a session for their new album, "Charisma." The song, a dedication for Charisma called "Charisma's Song", takes several hours longer than expected due to the band constantly screwing up the takes and breaking their instruments. Despite this, Vector still thinks they have a bona fide hit. To promote the album, the band plays several of its songs at a concert. Vector then announces that they've saved the best for last: Charisma's song. The fans start pelting Chaotix with garbage during the opening lines, prompting Vector to shout that the crowd doesn't know music. This upsets the fans so much that they start heading for the exits. One mother slaps Vector after her son cries at how bad the song is. Vector breaks down on stage after the last fan leaves with Chaotix warning him about the song. When they go home, Vector breaks it to everyone that Chaotix is on its last legs. Eric sets out to prove him wrong by organizing a plan with Swen. He organizes a new Chaotix band at the venue they just played and gets the former Chaotix band members to meet him there. They drag Vector along by handcuffing him to the van and dropping him off near the stage. Eric introduces the new Chaotix members: Tre Cool, Slash, Paul McCartney, and Brian Johnson. They start performing a tweaked version of Vector's Charisma song, and then open the floor for Vector to finish. Vector apologizes for the way he acted before Eric tells him that the crowd wants the real Chaotix to play again. Chaotix then performs "I Just Can't Fill That Hole" to end their show. Brian then tells Vector that all he had to do to keep his dedication song short and sweet was let things come naturally. Johnson compares this to the time diarrhea inspired him to write "You Shook Me All Night Long" in the Bahamas. Chaotix re-records the song, and they prep it for a bonus release. A few days pass and a video of the performance has gone viral. They celebrate by performing it live for Charisma. Vanilla then reveals she was the one who wrote there previous worst song, "Peanut Butter Stain", about a time when Cream got into some peanut butter as a baby with Charmy saying now he realizes why it was so bad in the first place.
