Episode 431 - Triggered
Taped 4/2/17
Plot:
While Amy and Blaze wait for Cream, they talk about Silver's stupidity causing him to flood his house and fit his penis in a pencil sharpener. They think about having a replacement fourth since Rouge couldn't come but no one else is available on short notice except Tikal who appears in a hint ball. The other girls tell Tikal that she is uninvited to their girls' night out because they feel uncomfortable with her. Tikal initially denies this claim until Amy discovers she stole her bra. The other girls ask her why she's acting this way and she starts telling them about an incident that happened when she was eight years old. A young Tikal overhears King Pachacamac talking about harnessing the Master Emerald's powers and he lectures her about how he needs the powers for his village. He also explains that someday he will find a potential suitor for Tikal who will help her bear a rightful heir to his kingdom. She tells him it's against her will but he wants the bloodline to continue no matter the cost. She walks away dejectedly and falls into a nearby river where another girl is taking her bath. She apologizes for being naked in her presence but Tikal tells her that drowning herself, which is Pachacamac's usual order, isn't necessary. The girl loses her clothes over a waterfall, as does Tikal when she slips out of her own trying to save them. Tikal tells her she never had any hugs and kisses from Pachacamac so the girl shows her what it's like to be loved for the first time. They decide to meet up over the next few weeks with the girl revealing her name as Maya. During inspection, Pachacamac has two guards executed: one for being inferior and another for sneezing. He then sees a dim guard named Artemus, better known as Artie, with a great body and junk, saying he will marry Tikal. He goes to Tikal's quarters but doesn't find her there so he and the warrior look for her together. Meanwhile, Maya and Tikal bathe each other in mud when they hear footsteps. They hurriedly wash the mud off and dress before separating. Pachacamac informs Tikal that she has a suitor in Artie and that they are to marry later that day. Tikal protests with Maya jumping in to tell Pachacamac this isn't what what she wants. Pachacamac orders Artie to drown Maya and take Tikal back to the palace. In doing so, Tikal kicks him in the crotch, prompting Pachacamac to drag her back there himself. However, during the rushed ceremony, the swelling from the blunt force causes Artie's nuts to explode, killing him instantly. The echidna holy man performing the ceremony takes it as the gods not being pleased and Pachacamac says there will be others for Tikal. Later on, Pachacamac expresses how uncomfortable he is with Tikal being with other girls her age but still says it's less wrong than when two boys do it. After another forced wedding goes nowhere, Chaos tells Tikal to follow her heart and not worry about what her father says. Six years later, Pachacamac has killed yet another potential girlfriend of Tikal who says their population must be thinning by now. He has also trained an army large enough to take the Master Emerald back from the chao, much to Tikal's chagrin. Tikal wraps up the flashback by saying if Tikal would still refuse to marry and produce an heir then Pachacamac would do it himself by force. The girls begin to understand her more, claiming that with her people gone for 4,000 years, it's now hard to find a relationship. Amy theorizes that Tikal would have been the first lesbian queen of her people but her civilization was wiped off before that could even happen. The four then go off on their girls' night out which they wrap up on a river boat. Tikal strikes up a conversation with a boat driver named Maya who reveals herself to have been named after an ancestor who fits the description of the original Maya. Amy wonders how awkward it would be when Tikal realizes the present Maya is a transvestite.
