Plot:
Knuckles and Sonic open the show by explaining tonight's shorts of the 40s through the 80s.
Stallin' for Stalin (1943): Sonic receives a mission from Franklin Roosevelt and sends him to Nazi Germany where he meets a drafted Knuckles. Meanwhile, Hitler (Eggman) orders Bokkun in a Nazi uniform to scout out Sonic but ends up getting blown up by Sonic's tank. The president gives them each a medal of honor before everyone starts demanding the purchase of war bonds.
Know Your Neighbors (1955): In this PSA, Sonic arrives home from work to greet his housewife, Amy. They start watching the news where the anchor reports the dangers of diversity, homosexuals and defying segregation. Sonic and Amy order their kids to go out and play where Swen walks by and discovers them. Swen lures them to his house with candy, which the narrator explains would not have happened if Amy had been aware of her neighbor. The scene then changes to the kids knowing who Cream is and they run to her house when Swen approaches them. The milkman who happens to be black arrives for a delivery and Lightning sprays him with a hose.
Fast Sonic Saves Christmas in Stop-Motion (1969): In this Rankin-Bass special spoof, Sam the Snowman tells the story of how Sonic saved Christmas in song. Santa is in a panic because there isn't much time until Christmas and his sleigh is broken. Two elves suggest going outside to find help and fly away from the workshop with Prancer. Meanwhile, Sonic sings of his victory over Eggman before Amy pulls him close for a kiss. Prancer arrives in Station Square and the elves ask Sonic for his help because he's so fast. Sonic brings the elves to Tails' workshop where Tails has created a special engine attached to skis for Santa. They arrive at the north pole where Santa and Sonic sing about how they will put their plan to action. Tails attaches the engine and Sonic delivers the presents posthaste. As Sam wraps up the story, Sonic's kids ask when it took place and the snowman says in a nondescript year.
Shell Shocker (1978): In this M*A*S*H spoof, Winchester (Shadow) confronts Hawkeye (Sonic) and BJ (Knuckles) and on possible shenanigans when Major Houlihan (Rouge) arrives to tell them that a soldier has a hole clear through him. While Hawkeye nonchalantly tries to patch him up, shattered sins and all, Radar (Tails) receives a message that the general (Eggman) is on his way. After their inspection, BJ and Hawkeye devise a plan to humiliate Winchester suggesting they play tag. Hawkeye sneaks up behind him and pokes him in the back with a gun, prompting the General to tell everyone they can learn a lot from Captain Pierce.
Don't Call Me Late for Supper (1987): An 80s music video spoof featuring Chaotix. Vector sings about what he wants to be called, just not late for supper whenever they go out.
