Episode 184 - Easter Goes South
Taped: 4/6/12
PLOT:
Cream is very excited about being the one and only Easter Bunny and receives a lot of encouragement from Vanilla and Chaotix. Vanilla remembers when she was the Easter Bunny one year as a young girl with Butter, her mother, telling her everything would be fine. Little Vanilla is so nervous, she wets her dress and breaks down crying. Back in the present, everyone wishes Cream well as she hops off on her journey. Vanilla then explains how horrific her experience as the Easter bunny was and also the process of where Easter eggs actually come from which turns out to be a Chinese chao breeding farm. First, she pays a visit to Silver and Blaze but since they are Jewish, they celebrate Passover instead of Easter. Cream then stops by Sonic's house where Flash and Amber are met with candy surprises. Sonic is proud of the way the twins are beginning to talk until he and Cream notice Amber is in her "Mine" phase and refuses to share a piece of candy with Flash. Cream resolves this by giving them pieces of their own. Cream also discovers Lightning is in the habit of climbing trees and gives him an Easter basket. Next, Cream visits Shadow and when she gives him a bag of candy, his heart grows three sizes. He hugs Cream good-bye and she heads off to the floating island. Mace compliments her outfit, saying she looks hot and, with some help from Knuckles, she gives him the honor of being the Easter Bunny on the Floating Island. Knuckles gives Cream the emerald blessing for herself and her unborn child before she leaves. On her way back to Chaotix to retrieve more candy, she begins to feel the pangs of the one-night job so Tails offers to assist by delivering candy to the far ends of Mobius in the Tornado. Once Cream gets home, Chaotix insists that she stop and rest before delivering the next shipment but Eric suggests they visit Morris Hare, an older friend of his he's known since he was a young fox in kindergarten, who was the previous Easter Bunny having retired last year. Eric takes Cream on his motorcycle to visit his apartment in Central City. Upon realizing that Eric is an unlicensed driver and that Cream is with him, Vanilla is outraged and holds Vector accountable in case they don't come back. Cream and Eric arrive at the building to discover Morris is a sugar addict who enjoys Red Bull and has clearly seen better days. He also reveals that instead of hopping to deliver Easter eggs and candy in his later years, he used FedEx to ship everything out due in part to his age and having to comply with his house arrest. Cream and Eric realize they should have done that to save time and retreat to Chaotix. However, they arrive to discover the candy is gone. Vector lets them know that Shadow stopped by and volunteered to Chaos Control all the candy to which Vector agreed. He got everything done in ten minutes while Cream and Eric were out. Eric, Vector and Cream sing "Peter Cottontail" as the credits roll. In the end, Flash gives Sonic a marshmallow peep, which he asks how he knew he loved them.

Minisode 4 - The Whitey Rose Story
Taped 4/7/12
Plot:
Whitey and Elaine are expecting their first child when Elaine needs help getting upstairs to the bathroom. Whitey, who can't seem to put down his cigs, helps her by carrying her up the stairs. Near the top, Elaine's water breaks which sends Whitey into a panic. He loses his balance and they plummet to the bottom causing Elaine to give birth to Jenny right there on the floor. Whitey, who has injured his back, crawls to get a knife to cut Jenny's cord. Elaine calls an ambulance who takes all 3 of them to the hospital. Once there, Jenny is declared to have bruising around her brain but should recover. Elaine is fine, but Whitey has a herniated disc and is prescribed Vicodin. An elderly nurse, Peggy, comes to check on Whitey who requests to see his newborn daughter. After Peggy's obvious case of dementia sidetracks them momentarily, they finally make it to the maternity ward where Whitey sees Jenny through the window. However, Peggy suddenly drops over dead and another nurse rushes in and accuses Whitey of causing it. She has him ejected from the hospital by a security guard despite his back pain. While in the street crying for help, a cop happens to walk by and arrests Whitey mistaking him for a drug addict and takes him to jail. Meanwhile, Elaine is questioning the nurse as to where he is and she quickly fabricates a lie only to be fired by the doctor who straightens everything out. He discharges Elaine upon receiving a phone call from Whitey in jail and she quickly rushes to retrieve him after the hospital agrees to drop the charges. Whitey is delighted to hold Jenny for the first time upon their arrival at the police station. Five years later and Whitey's smoking has finally gotten the better of him in the form of emphysema. To make matters worse, Elaine is expecting yet again and is due any day. Jenny snuggles up to her father and tells him her future plans to be a mother and have a daddy like him for her children much to Whitey's amusement. As Jenny skips off to play, Elaine goes into labor and Whitey gets the car ready and calls the neighbor lady to watch Jenny. As they arrive in the city, traffic is jammed 2 blocks from the hospital and Elaine is having serious contractions. After nearly a half hour of no movement, Elaine demands Whitey park the car and they walk the remaining 2 blocks. However, the baby has already begun to crown prompting Elaine to pick up the pace and threaten traffic with her hammer. Upon finally arriving at the front door, the head is nearly out just as Whitey barely gets the wheel chair in time. Dr. Mueller meets them in the waiting room and is about to take Elaine to delivery when suddenly, Amy makes her arrival right then and there. Five more years later, Whitey is on his death bed with lung cancer surrounded by his wife and daughters. After sibling rivalry gets the better of Amy and Jenny, Whitey gets one last laugh before passing away. A few days later at his funeral, Reverend Priest delivers the eulogy as Elaine pours Whitey's ashes into the sea from the very boat dock that he once worked at during his life. Several years later in the present, Elaine and Amy watch Lightning play in the back yard and recall Whitey's life and how similar Lightning looks to the grandfather he never met. After Lighting puts on a show for his grandmother, she presents him with a gift which turns out to be Whitey's fedora he always wore. Amy completes the look by giving Lightning a lollipop and she and Elaine laugh at the striking resemblance.
