Episode 144 - Rockin' All the Way
Taped: 02/25/11
PLOT:
The episode begins with Charmy and Espio talking about kicking their drugs and ice cream habits, respectively. Cream enters, saying she wants to spend time with Vector while Charmy asks if she brought the beer. When Charmy mistakes Charisma's mobile for a cell phone, he comes up with the idea of Chaotix writing and composing their own album. Since they can't come up with their own songs very well, Vector invites Eric over to help. Eric tells them that to write songs, they need some inspiration, which the rest of Chaotix lacks. He sings a song he wrote and offers Charmy and Vector to try, much to his chagrin. Team Chaotix then goes to play on the streets of Station Square but not before ripping the neck pickup out of Espio's guitar. Shadow reluctantly agrees to watch them perform at the train station and when they do, Eric plays the riff to a non-original song at first and Vector sings an awful song about him. Shadow stops them, convincing them to just sing good songs, not original ones. Before leaving, he dumps trash on Espio's head when he asks for street performing money. Their next inspiration takes them to Angel Island where they meet Lara-Le and Wyn. Charmy tries to hit on Lara-Le but Wyn won't allow it, prompting him to ask if Knuckles has any sisters. He then convinces the band to play and he improvises a song about Lara-Le to which Wyn answers by spraying him with bug spray. Before they leave, Charmy asks if they could have a daughter that Charmy could have his way with, to which Wyn brushes aside. When Charmy sobers up, he doesn't even remember getting on Angel Island or Lara-Le. Chaotix's next stop for inspiration is the former site of the Egg Carrier where just as they are about to play, Omega appears. Espio begins singing a song about the robot but is blown to smithereens by his cannon after Omega's autotune fails to make it sound tolerable. All hope seems lost until Eric takes the band to Brian Johnson of AC/DC who convinces them to create a sexually suggestive song. The band plays their instruments while Brian improvises a song called "I Just Can't Fill That Hole," on the spot. After their jam session, they go to record their new song which finds success on iTunes, but is second only to Justin Bieber. Vanilla arrives to tell Chaotix that she is offended with the song but Brian returns to congratulate them on their success. Before leaving, he gives Vector a hat which he promptly wears, saying he knows how to fill his hole to which Vanilla agrees. The episode then ends.
Fun Fact: Stormy41992 did not participate in this episode due to not feeling well. We learn as of this episode that Eric smokes.
