Sally Acorn - Based on the character from "Sonic the Hedgehog" aka "SatAM." Appeared with a son who had an unnamed father to visit Sonic in "Sonic in Love." Also appeared in "Knothole Plothole" along with the rest of the SatAM cast.

Snively Robotnik - Nephew and right-hand man of Eggman. Based on the character from SatAM. Made an appearance in the SatAM short of "TNAoSTH Classics 10."

Chip from Sonic Unleashed - A cute little dog kind of creature that was once Sonic's tag-along friend. Was gambled away by Sonic and escaped from Japan to seek revenge on him only to realize Sonic did it for his own good. While seen in a handful of episodes early on, he hasn't made an appearance in years.

Jet the Hawk - Leader of the Babylon Rogues from the Sonic Riders games. Appeared in "They Hardly Work for Their Money" as an incidental character.

Metal Robotnik - Based on the character from Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie. Appeared in "Cheatseeker" as the main villain during the gang's adventure in Robotropolis.

The Biolizard - An early prototype of the Ultimate Lifeform and was technically Shadow's older brother since it was also created by Gerald Robotnik. It was defeated by Shadow in Sonic Adventure 2. Can fuse together with the ARK via Chaos Control.

E-100 Series Robots - E-100 Zero, E-101 Beta, E-102 Gamma, E-103 Delta, E-104 Epsilon and E-105 Zeta. Created by Eggman in Sonic Adventure 1 for the purpose of world domination. Revisited in Episode 245: Sonic Adventure ZX.

Mephiles the Dark - Appeared as Charmy's love interest in "Whodunit?" while Charmy was under the influence of drugs and did not realize Mephiles was male. Returned as a real villain in "Truth or Consequences, I'll Take Either" capturing the entire gang except for Sonic, holding them in electrified chairs.

Tails Doll - Based on a playable character from Sonic R. Appeared in "R-Rated Racing" as the main villain. He made a brief return in "The Land Up Over" when he tried to take Amy's soul.
